Which form of identification is NOT acceptable?

A birth certificate is not an acceptable form of identification for verifying a person's age in a setting where alcohol is served or sold. In the context of OLCC regulations, acceptable forms of ID must provide photographic evidence and confirm that the individual is of legal drinking age. Military IDs, passports, and consular IDs meet these criteria by containing a photo, the individual's name, and birth date. A birth certificate, however, does not contain a photo and is primarily a proof of identity and citizenship but does not fulfill the requirement for photo identification needed in liquor service scenarios. Therefore, when determining if someone is of legal age to purchase or consume alcohol, a birth certificate does not suffice.
